Services
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision online through zoom. I enjoy working with a range of mental health professionals and am passionate about exploring our own relational dynamics and how this impacts out work. I am particularly interested in supporting new or newer graduates in social work develop and maintain their social work identity
Therapy
I provide psychotherapy both online and in person at In Dialogue Practice in Brunswick. I enjoy working with young people (12+) and adults experiencing a range of challenges, and appreciate that we all hold our own story, and enjoy exploring this with people to understand them on an individual level. I also hold a particular interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and diverse population groups.
Reflective Practice
I provide reflective practice to a range of different organisations. Through my training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) I provide relationally informed reflective practice tailored to your organisations need. By using CAT principals I can help staff in “helping professions” to identify, understand and reflect on their relational dynamics with clients and others. This collaborative process can foster more awareness for staff in their roles and improve understanding
